Consumer Data Policy

Invisible Disabilities respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This document describes Invisible Disabilities’ Consumer Data Privacy Policy, that is, how we protect your privacy and treat your data when you submit personal information to us. The technical aspects of privacy protection, such as encryption and data transfer security, are described in the Transaction Security Capabilities and Policies section below.
 Invisible Disabilities online payment form consists of a number of fields that you are asked to fill in. Some of them are compulsory, others optional.

However, all data in the fields are stored on our website’s database for accounting and shipping reasons. Your personal details may be shown to a third party printer so they are able to produce the product with your personal details on it.

Your credit card information is sent directly to our payment provider (eWay) who processes your order. The credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by Invisible Disabilities, we only store the response from the bank alerting us if the transaction was successful. The transaction has a very high level of security as described in the Transaction Security Capabilities and Policies section below.

Transaction Security Capabilities and Policies

Your credit card details are sent directly to Invisible Disabilities payment provider eWay over a secure SSL-encrypted connection. They are not processed on our servers at any stage of the transaction. Only the owners of Invisible Disabilities have access to eWays transaction management system.
